I think my balloon is defected or has a hole, What do I do now?
Balloons are FINAL SALE. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued on any balloons. Balloons are delicate in nature and should be inflated using great care. I inspect and do quality checks on all of my balloons to make sure there are no holes prior to inflation.
I didn't receive the correct letters I ordered, now what?
Don't panic! I assure you they are the correct letters! Once the balloons are inflated they take the shape of the letters. :)
It says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it..
Please always track and be on the lookout for your package and delivery date. Once an item is shipped, it is out of my control. I will NOT be held responsible for packages which are lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed. PLEASE contact the USPS immediately if the tracking states it was delivered, and you did not receive it. I will not provide replacements or refunds for any package which is marked as DELIVERED. This is an issue with USPS and should be addressed accordingly.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations due to our rapid turn around time. However, If you really need to cancel, please notify us within an hour of purchase.

Ordered these for our wedding! They came prompt and nicely packaged with a straw for inflating and some string to hang them. Excited to use these and will share another review after we’ve actually used them at our reception!
